Ryan Pirkle is the founder and principal agent of Birddog Realty Co., serving buyers and sellers across Greenville & Columbia, SC and throughout the State of Georgia.
Born in Atlanta and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry on the border with Savannah, Ryan now calls Greenville home — with three decades of weekends spent between Athens and Columbia along the way. He and his team know these markets: the culture, the growth, and the trends. It’s that local knowledge, paired with full-service marketing and straight answers, that sellers count on.
